Free Web Hosting for Business Blogs

Although it is not an ideal option for a business blog to be hosted as a free for all blog like Blogger or Wordpress, many small businesses in the Philippines resort to free web hosting for business blogs. Take for example a small catholic business I’ve seen last weekend upon attending the wedding of my brother. There is a business there by the 3 catholic priests that is hosted in Blogger where they are promoting wedding packages for the church of Mount Carmel Church in the Philippines, located in Quezon City near Broadway Centrum.

That alone is a good example that although it would not be the best choice for a big business to have free web hosting for a business blog, it would do good for some of those who have small businesses especially if they are looking to save on the costs of the business blog set-up. Although this is not really the best even for a small business, it would be a good start to see if there is any future earnings that this can generate. If this will have a positive effect, then you can resort to going for a bigger venue for a dedicated server web hosting.

The only disadvantage however for the free web hosting for a business blog is that you will never know when the hosting service will take your business out. You are always living in fears of one day, you might loose everything that you have worked hard for even for just a small business. So if I were to make an estimate, it is always a good choice to start with an exclusive web hosting service rather than live a business that fears for loosing everything in the wink of an eye.
